ISRAEL: MoC Stopped Issuing Certificates for Cellular Devices

Back

MoC has stopped issuing certificates for cellular devices starting on August 27th, 2017. The responsibility of the compliance for the product will now be up to the importer and no longer the Ministry. This procedure would now be similar to the procedures in the EU with the DoC scheme. The importer will need the annual general permit of cellular devices for the shipment clearance process and legal distribution and will no longer need a MoC certificate for the cellular product.
