On March 2016, the General Directorate of Resources and Equipment of Post and Informatics, announced that the new Resolution Ref. No. 292/BBPPT.31/SP.04.06/3/2016 came into force regarding new regulations for EMC test reports. Now, local testing is mandatory for all technologies excluding 5GHz WLAN and 902MHz-928MHz UHF RFID devices.
