Indonesia’s Directorate General of Postal and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Resources and Equipment, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has released the Decree No. 4 of 2020 to extend the technical requirements for telecom devices connected to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), the original document is in Indonesian, the final date to submit comments is July 18 th of 2020.

All devices that are manufactured, assembled, imported, and/or used in Indonesia shall comply with the technical requirements in this regulation’s annex; as it is known, compliance to these requirements will be evaluated through conformity assessment procedures.
