Even though the Quality control Order has been implemented for quite some times as for most of the compliance procedures were already aligned to it , BIS has now officially released the guidelines, these document includes:
-Clarification of the dates of commencement (Article 4).
-Penalties for contraventions (Article 7).
-Role of BIS in the implementation of QCO (Article 11).
