In June 2022, OFCA published the guidelines for Safety and electrical protection. This specification stipulates the safety and electrical protection requirements to be met by subscriber telecommunications equipment.
It’s important to highlight in this news the change on Issue 14 where in 2.1 Electrical Protection, the sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 were removed. This means that Safety test reports are no longer required for the process.
