This update is about prescribing the Implementation of Conformity Assessment of the Ghana Standards Authority. This Conformity Assessment Programme is to ensure consumer protection through the prevention of unsafe and substandard products on the Ghanaian market. This Notification supersedes G/TBT/N/GHA/1.

5. Mechanical Materials and Gas Appliances
6. Pulp of wood, paper and paperboard
7. Furniture (Wood and Metal articles)
8. Safety (Personal Protective Equipment)
9. Food and Food Products
10. Construction Materials
11. Selected Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals
12. Fuel/Petroleum Products
13. Textile, Textile Articles and Leatherwear incl. African Prints
14. Selected Used Products (Used clothes and footwear)
