Back

On January 10, 2017, The Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA) announced that the spectrum of 700 MHz Frequencies is now usable for Wireless Broadband starting on February 1, 2017. Prior to these changes, the 700 MHz frequency band was used for the terrestrial TV network operated by Digita; however, these changes are said to strengthen “the availability and standard of high-quality wireless broadband throughout Finland.”
