| Description of the regulatory update: | Starting from January 23rd to February 20th, 2020, the European Commission is receiving feedback about the Evaluation of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive, this was made to consider whether the EMC Directive is still fit for its purpose.
The feedback they receive will be used for future work aimed at further development for the fine-tuning of the initiative. The commission will explain the applicability or not of the inputs they receive (after consideration and evaluation). |
