ARCOTEL has updated its list of accepted authorities on its website. This update includes leaving 9 authorities instead of 22 as it was contemplated in the current Approval Regulation of Ecuador. This change was made because ARCOTEL is empowered to update the list of entities on its website.
The entities that were authorized are the following:
-Agencia Nacional de Telecomunicaciones of Brazil (ANATEL)
-Bureau Of Indian Standards (BIS)
-China’s Ministry Of Industry and Information Technology (CMIIT)
-European Union (CE) / Declaration of Conformity (DoC)
-European Telecommunications Standard Institute (ETSI)
-Federal Communications Commission of the USA (FCC)
-Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS)
-National Communications Commission de Taiwan (NCC)
-The Certification and Engineering Bureau of Industry of Canada (CEBIC)
