During December of 2017, ARCOTEL (Agencia de Regulación y control de las Telecomunicaciones) published resolution 12-09-ARCOTEL-2017 PNF. With this resolution, ARCOTEL changes the National Frequency Plan.
One of the main modifications has to do with the frequency range 902 – 928 MHz which was divided into two parts:
First range: 902-915 MHz
Second range: 915-928 MHz and defined as a free-band.
