On June 10th, 2021, a one-year extension was approved for the temporary suspension of Item 1 of Resolution RCS-358-2018, which is called “Requirements for the registration of entities requesting the homologation process” for the homologation procedure of mobile telecommunications terminals approved by RCS-311-2020.
The requirements for which the temporary suspension was approved are as follows:
1. Must submit the legalized documents (apostilled) for the registration of the applicant entities.
2. Must update the requirements established in Section 1 of resolution RCS-358-2018 to SUTEL´s Dirección General de Calidad every two years.
