Entirety reports on January 25, 2019, the MinTIN (Information Technologies and Communications Ministry) and ANE (Spectrum National Agency) publishes the following projects by means Resolution:
- Py Res MinTic which issues regulations regarding radio-electrical spectrum management
- Py Res MinTIC-ANE which derogates provisions regarding radio-electrical spectrum management
- Py Res ANE which simplifies the regulatory framework related to planning and appointment of the radio-electrical spectrum
The interested and applicants can submit comments from January 21st to February 12th, 2019. The MinTIC and ANE look to simplify the regulatory framework passing from 38 administrative acts to 2 which are framed in the following topics: citizen band, systems associated to the service of TV broadcast, free-use of the spectrum, distances of microwave links, narrowband to attend emergencies and disasters, distributions plans of channeling for point-to-point fixed services.
