The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released a new draft for the Regulations on the Administration of Radio Transmission Equipment aimed to promote the application of radio technology and its industrial development. The specific contents include: radio transmitting equipment type approval, micro-power short-range radio transmitting equipment management requirements, radio transmitting equipment importation, legal liability, supervision, and inspection.
This draft is under discussion stage, currently, there is no defined date for entry into force, but the final date for comments is Sept. 07, 2020.
