SUBTEL releases a new type-approval guideline that will enter into force starting March 2020. Such guideline describes the reinforcement made to the documents that were previously requested. Also, this decision makes the process more strict regarding the submission of the documents. It is also important to highlight additional documents will be requested such as:
-Internal and External Pictures
-SAR Reports
-Block diagram
-Apply with Internal RF Module will be a special case that will be evaluated very carefully by the Regulator since it is not going to be as previous analysis.
