A notice of proposed rule making was posted in the federal register on August 6, 2015. The Department Of Energy proposes to review the test procedure for battery chargers, trying to harmonize the instrumentation resolution and uncertainty requirements with the international standards. Comments will be accepted by the department until October 20, 2015.
