On January 7, 2020, a draft with modifications regarding Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) Equipment was published. ISED is currently seeking comments on the consultation, ICES-001, issue 5. Some of the changes include the addition of new requirements for induction cooking appliances and a new exemption for ISM equipment that is covered under another ICES standard.
