ISED released a document (SLPB-001-20) establishing the Policy and Licensing Framework for Spectrum in the 3500 MHz Band, which contains ISED decisions with respect to the auction process for licenses in this band, auction format and rules. Questions regarding the 3500 MHz auction may be sent to the Manager, Auction Operations, by email. October 6, 2020 is the deadline for receipt of clarification questions and for receipt of applications to transfer licenses in the 3500 MHz band, or to return licenses to ISED.
