It is important to know the following dates: 09/14/2015, deadline for requests for clarification, and for registration; 09/21/2015, final date for responses to requests for clarification; 09/30/2015, deadline for applications submission; 10/23/2015, successful applications notification date; 10/30/2015, frequency authorization grant date.
