This public consult aims to :
- Assign the 388,000 MHz to 389,900 MHz and 398,000 MHz to 399,900 MHz Bands to the Private Limited Service in applications of public safety and civil defense, on a non- exclusive primary basis.
- Keep the 380,000 MHz to 382,050 MHz and 390,000 MHz to 392,050 MHz assigned to the Private Limited Service in applications of public safety and civil defense, on a non- exclusive primary basis.
- Keep the 382,550 MHz to 384,575 MHz and 392,550 MHz to 394,575 MHz assigned to the Private Limited Service except for applications of public safety and civil defense, Specialized Limited sSrvice and to the Multimedia Communication Service on a non- exclusive secondary basis
- Keep the 385,075 MHz to 388,000 MHz and 395,075 MHz to 398,000 MHz bands to the services: Limited Private, Limited Specialized, Multimedia Communication and Switch Fixed Phone on a non-exclusive primary basis
- Revoke the Resolution N.557 of December 20th, 2010
