On March 3rd, ANATEL published Resolution no. 742/2021 that allocates in the frequency range of 3.5 GHz for mobile phones, fixed broadband, and private limited services. By means the Resolution no. 743/2021 made an adaptation of the General Plan for Personal Mobile Service Authorization (PGA-SMP in Portugues) to Law 13.879/2019, now the use of the spectrum is for a maximum of 15 years.
