On October 13, 2017, Resolution No. 686/2017 was released on the Official Gazette. Anatel published Resolution No. 686/2017 revoking technical standards published from the years 2002 to 2013 for the certification of telecommunications products.
The deadline for the entry into force is February 13, 2018.The technical requirements resulting from the rescinded resolutions shall be published within this period, defining also the transitional period.
