This public consultation relates to replacement of the regulation for Restricted Radiation Equipment, Resolution No. 506.
In addition, it will change the following resolutions:
– Telecommunication services, Resolution No. 73.
– Quality management of the multimedia communication service, Resolution No. 574.
– Multimedia communication service, Resolution No. 614.
– Private limited service, Resolution No. 617.
DEADLINE: Comments will be received until November 6th, 2015.
Anatel’s motivation for these updates is to keep up with the evolution of the Radio Communications Technology.
Entirety will be sending next week, an executive summary of the most relevant changes for Resolution 506.
