On June 2020, ANATEL opened a public consultation for an update of technical requirements about technical conformity of the following restricted radiation equipment, based in the Annex of Act 14.448 of December 04th, 2017:
-Sensor-Emitter of Level Detection of Electromagnetic field Variation, applicable on radar systems at the band of 76-81 GHz;
-Wireless Broadband Access System for Local Area Networks, operating at the bands of 5.150–5.350 MHz and 5.850-5.895 MHz;
– Intelligent Transportation System – ITS at the bands of 5.850-5.925 MHz; and
-Multigigabit Wireless Systems operating in the band of 57-71 GHz.
