On July 12TH 2016, the Brazilian Telecommunications National Agency (ANATEL) published on the Union Official Diary the resolution # 669 of July 11th 2016. The principal objective of this new regulation is to modify the regulation and usage conditions of the 15GHz band, approved by the resolution # 129 of May 26th 1999.
