As Entirety had previously informed, the Brazilian telecommunications agency (ANATEL) published the public consultation # 21 on August 17, 2015, proposing the need to reformulate the regulations of the sub bands D and E in the 800, 900, 1800, 1900 and 2100 MHz bands. On November 4, 2015, ANATEL published on the national official diary of Brazil the resolution #657, which is the result on the public consultation # 21, and added some changes in the use of the sub bands of mobile service.
