The Brazilian National Agency of Telecommunications (ANATEL) released on June 15th the public consultation #15 asking all the interested parties for comments about the proposal to alter the technical requirements lists of some telecommunications products in the categories I, II, and III. The proposed changes includes technical requirements for the certification of RF primary radar used in the radio determination services, connector for coaxial cable RF 4.3-10 50 Ohms, optical fibre cables with basic units with more than 12 fibers and coaxial cables RGE-06 85 SLIM. It is also important to note that the public consultation proposes changes for the product requirements that support the IPv6 protocol and terminal functions with aerial interface intended for mobile services. Comments will be received until July 5th 2016.
