ANATEL has published the following public consultations which have a deadline for contributions until May 2, 2020: Public Consultation No. 6: Proposal for updating the requirements for assessing the technical compliance of Transceivers for Radio Base Stations when operating in the frequency range FR1 (Frequency Range 1) defined by 3GPP (450 MHz to 6,000 MHz), aiming to include requirements for evaluating equipment that operate with 5G NR technology. Public Consultation No. 11: Proposal to update the requirements for assessing the technical compliance of Mobile Cellular Telephone when operating in the frequency range FR1 (Frequency Range 1) defined by 3GPP (450 MHz to 6,000 MHz), aiming to include requirements for the evaluation of equipment that operate with 5G NR technology. Public Consultation No. 12: n Proposal to update the requirements for assessing the technical compliance of the Access Terminal Station, when operating in the frequency range FR1 (Frequency Range 1) defined by 3GPP (450 MHz to 6,000 MHz), aiming to include requirements for the evaluation of equipment that operate with 5G NR technology.
