On May 30th, 2019, ANATEL issued an update in the technical requirements for test procedures for the assessment in compliance for cellphones chargers repealing Act 493.
Is worth to remark that tests remain and the update is for updates normative references as:

• Portaria nº 176, de 10 de Junho de 1992 – NORMA Nº 02/92 – Basic regulation of electromagnetic perturbations produced for industrial, scientific and medical equipment
