The topic under consideration is the amendment of the Regulation on Restricted Radiation Radio Communication Equipment, approved by the Resolution No. 680 of June 27, 2017. The purpose is to transfer a device that brings the technical characteristics of Broadband Wireless Access Systems to Local Networks, contained in the body of the Regulation, for Act, in addition to updating Table I, which contains the restricted radio frequency bands, and the Table of Annex I, which record the radio frequency bands usable by radiation restricted equipment with alternative emission limits as defined in the technical specifications.
