On March 23rd, 2020, ANATEL has issued Public Consultation No. 29 for Operational Procedure for Marking ANATEL Homologation Identification in Telecommunications Products. One of the biggest changes in the procedure is the inclusion of QR Code for Marking and its minimum information to be shown. Additionally for the Electronic Identification (e-label) must be shown in the User Manual or in the Quick Access Guide Final comments will be received up to April 7th, 2020, after this, it’s possible that date of entry in force will be April 22nd, 2020.
