Anatel has increased the number of equipment that are accepted declaration of conformity (DoC) on Act nº 7280 of November 26th of 2020. To guarantee spectrum protection against harmful interference and to avoid problems related to electromagnetic compatibility, Anatel has launched a new Act nº 3939 which details the operational procedure to obtain conformity by declaration or DoC. That procedure is valid for the products listed on the Act nº 7260 as DoC allowed.
