MHZ to 3.700 MHZ used for personal mobile service, multimedia communication service, land phone commute services, and private limited services. The topics to be treated, among others, are the maximum output power, maximum power per type of station, and unwanted emission.
Public Consultation No. 51
ANATEL published for comments Public Consultation No. 51 to approach to the several subjects about the regulation and spectrum management. The most relevant one is found second on the list:
– Regulatory treatment for unintentional emissions
The problem is how to treat the unintentional emissions from radio and non- radio equipment that has caused interference with telecom services and its telecom networks. The possible solution open to comments are to keep the actual scenario, regulate the topic in the RUE framework or regulate general aspects in the RUE framework, and specifics under technical requirements.
The comments are available to be submitted until August 18th . 2020.
