On Dec 3rd 2020, ANATEL updated the list of products for telecommunications. One of the major updates is that products certified with Type Test with periodic evaluation now will have a period of validity of 2 or 3 years (please see the attached document in the Annex for more details). If the product was certified based on Type Test without period evaluation, this will remain with the approval in force unless this suffers changes in\ the product or in their technical requirements.
The entry in force for this regulation is 180 days after its publication.
