As of February 2, 2017, ANATEL expects delays for uploads and submissions due to operational difficulties with the transition of their old system, SGCH, to their new ANATEL platform, MOSAICO. They anticipated the new system to be live by February 2, 2017, however, due to difficulties, the estimated expected date will now be February 8, 2017.
