On June 27th, 2022, ANATEL approved technical and operational conditioning requirements for use of the 27.5 – 27.9 GHz band through Act No. 8995/2022.
The objective is to Establish the technical and operational requirements of conditions of use of the spectrum for the sub-band 27.5 GHz to 27.9 GHz, in accordance with the Regulation on Conditions of Use of the Radio Frequency Band 24.25 GHz to 27.90 GHz, approved by Resolution No. 742, of 01 March 2021.
