ANATEL by means of the Ato No. 2506, of May 7th of 2020, has approved the inclusion of the technical assessment for conformity assessment of Femtocells (defined in the regulation as self-configurable equipment managed by the provider, which operates as a fixed station for radiocommunication with Users #39; stations) in Annex I of the Act No. 14.448, December 4th, 2017. It is worth mentioning, the following maximum output power of the device must not exceed 1W (30dBm) also multiple conditions if the device has multiple antennas.
This regulation enters in force since the publication of the regulation. The Renewal of a device already certified continues to apply the regulation of the original process.
