ANATEL published act 13423/2022 which extends the entry into force of Act 5159 that defined new requirements for chargers, the new date is October 20th, 2023.
The Act 5159/2022 became optional until October 20th, 2023 when those interested in the approval will be able to choose between the new requirements or the old requirements defined by Act 3481/2019.
