The Australia Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) released a Public Consultation to review different aspects of the current regulatory strategy and arrangement for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
The main aspects are:
- EMC standard and EMC labeling change notice and considerations
- List of recognized EMC harmonized standards
- Effectiveness of the EMC arrangement over advanced technologies
- ACMA’s device categories associated with risks
The comments are received until December 20th, 2023
