Australia: ACMA public hearing regarding the agency approach to radiocommunications licensing and allocation 2024

ACMA revised the paper to ensure it continues providing a fit-for-purpose, up-to-date and clear overview of the approach to radiocommunications licensing and allocation. 

The paper also includes examples of recent licensing and allocation decisions. Alongside the five-year spectrum outlook (FYSO). The attached document presents the considerations for the proposed changes.

The expectation is to finish the paper in Q1 2025, and the hearing for this publication is opened until August 22nd, 2024.
