Entirety reports on February 14, 2019, the SAyDS (Secretariat of the Environment and Sustainable Development) issued Resolution No. 21/2019 that replaces the procedure for the certification of cells and batteries, this amends the SAyDS Resolution No. 484/2007. In Number II, the Certification of Conformity where it explains the info of the previously mentioned certificate and to which stakeholders will have a copy. Annex II contains the requirements to obtain the authorization to issue the previous certifications foreseen in Article No. 6 of the Law 26.184.
