As ENTIRETY has previously informed, ENACOM decided to modify the Resolution # 86/2014 changing its annex I for the directives of the Resolution # 15/2016. Although, we want to clarify that according to the Argentinean laws, a Resolution has to be supported by a regulatory norm. The publication of the respective norm is still under analysis and a publication date has not yet been defined. ENTIRETY will inform once the norm is published.
