ARGENTINA: ENACOM Updated New Test Protocol Regarding Non-Essential Emissions

After several consultations related to the application of the non-essential emissions limit, indicated in the new protocol for broadband equipment measurements which entered into force on December 1st, 2020. ENCOM has decided to establish that the 30 dB limit indicated will apply only to non-essential emissions as defined and established in Rec. ITU-R SM.1539. This excludes out-of-band emissions, the restrictions of which we are analyzing as part of the final draft technical standard.
