ARGENTINA: ENACOM Publish Public Consultation for Frequency 5925 – 6425 MHZ – WIFI 6

ENACOM of Argentina published on 14 December Resolution 102 SIP/20 submitting to opinions, proposals, and recommendations from stakeholders the need for regulatory frameworks for the frequency band 5925-6425 MHz – WiFi 6.

The objective of this public consultation is to provide an opportunity for all interested parties to provide recommendations, opinions, and proposals regarding the need for regulatory frameworks that enable efficient management and administration of the radio spectrum, aimed at developing new technologies and applications such as Wi-Fi 6.

Interested parties should make their opinions and proposals through the Distance Learning Platform (Plataforma de Trámites a Distancia – TAD):

Other options are Writing to the Secretary of Public Innovation (Secretaría de Innovación Pública): 788 Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña Avenue, 8th floor, The city of Buenos Aires, or in some of the offices of the Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in the interior of the country within thirty (30) working days from the publication of Resolution 102/2020 of the Secretariat of Public Innovation in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic.
