Entirety reports on February 27, 2019, ENACOM issued the Resolution No. 793/2019 stating 2 accredited laboratories have been authorized to perform tests based in the technical regulation ENACOM-Q2-61.03 V17.1 which makes reference to User Devices for Mobile Communication Services. The authority will accept a Declaration of Conformity in cases where there is no coincidence in the allocated frequencies bands. In the case here is no coincidence in the allocated frequency bands then will be applied in the ENACOM Resolution No. 5.762/2017 Article No. 4 (amended by ENACOM N° 4.709/2018). Regarding renewals made under the aforementioned Article, it must present test reports issued by an Accredited Laboratory by ENACOM where corresponding measurements can be made.
