ARGENTINA: ENACOM Establishes Share-use for Radio Electric Frequencies

Back

On September 4, 2018, ENACOM of Argentina established share-use for radio electric frequencies in the Argentinian territory. The Resolution comes to force starting March 6, 2019.

As it modifies bandwidth extremes, uses and applications, and maximum allowed powers with respect to current testing standards, it is assumed that these will be modified to suit the resolution. Currently and until further notice, the laboratories will continue measuring the entire 900 bands (902 to 928 MHZ) and verifying compliance with the parameters of the 900 MHz, 2.4 and 5 GHz signals established in the current test standards.

When the resolution comes into force and the test standards have been adopted, the conditions of the renewals according to the new parameters will be indicated.
