August 26, 2021

On August, 20th, the Secretary for Public Innovation (Secretaría de Innovación Publica) published RESOL-2021-527-APN-SIP#JGM in the Official Gazette, which calls for public consultation on the concepts,
methodologies, figures, and procedures that should be included in a draft Radio Spectrum Regulation, taking into account the regulations currently in force, approved by Article 4 of Decree No. 764 of September 03rd, 2000. This consultation is being carried out since it is necessary to efficiently manage the radio spectrum in order to obtain the greatest social and economic benefit in the exploitation of this resource, guaranteeing the generation of new, better-quality services for users.

Opinions and proposals must be submitted in the Remote Procedures Platform (TAD), through the Virtual Incoming Desk (MEV), or in writing to the Secretary of public Innovation, located at Av. Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña 788, 8th floor, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, or at any of the Delegations of the Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in the interior of the country, within thirty (30) calendar days from the day following the publication of this document in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic.
