INACOM of the Republic of Angola and ARPTC of the Democratic Congo signed a Memorandum of Understanding for frequency coordination at the border, in compliance with the International Telecommunication Union’s recommendation ITU-R SM.1049-1, which describes the methods of mutual frequency coordination between neighboring countries in border areas.
