The Democratic and Popular Algerian Republic has recently issued a new telecommunication law No.18-04 where The Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Post (ARPT) won’t be the one responsible for delivering Certificate but ANF (National Agency of frequency). According to this law, ARPT will keep delivering certificate ONLY for GSM ( 2G/3G/UMTS/LTE) devices and only Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and NO more certificate of approval.
