The Directory of the Telecommunications Regulation and Control Agency (ARCOTEL) drafted a regulation for type approval: Resolution ARCOTEL of December 29 2016. A public hearing will take place on February 7, 2017 at which individuals and companies will be allowed to comments on the draft.
