Today, the Regulator Launched An Auction For The 1700/2100 MHz Frequency Bands for cellular mobile service. The government wants to introduce the 4G technology all over the Paraguayan territory. This is a first step from CONATEL to expand the 4G coverage. The Regulator is also planning other auctions for the 700/2500 MHz frequency bands in the near future. CONATEL will respond to all the questions until November 13th and will accept offers until December 3, 2015.
